Welcome to EVAN COLEMAN. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
We provide mobile car detailing services at your specified location. We will perform the services selected in your booking to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is unsafe or if the vehicle cannot be safely accessed.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your time slot upon booking.
Cancellations: We value your time and ours. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Weather: In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, storms), we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and the quality of the service.
3. Vehicle Preparation
Personal Items: Please remove all personal items, money, electronics, and valuables from the vehicle before we arrive. Evan Detail Service is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Access: Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe area with enough space for us to work around it (preferably a driveway or open parking lot).
4. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
Inspection: We will inspect your vehicle before starting. If we find significant pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, loose parts), we will notify you.
Liability: We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose molding, oxidized paint that peels off, cracked windshields). We are also not responsible for engine damage if you request an engine bay cleaning, as aged engines can be unpredictable.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.
If you are not present upon completion, the card on file (if applicable) will be charged, or an invoice will be sent requiring immediate payment.
6. Service Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect the vehicle before we leave. If there are any issues, let us know immediately so we can correct them on the spot. Once we leave the premises, the service is considered completed and accepted.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
